Council 14699 supports the Therapeutic Riding Center of Huntington Beach in Central Park.  The riding center strives to empower children with intellectual and developmental challenges to discover their greatest strengths and gain a sense of self-confidence and self-reliance through the special relationship with a horse.  For only $360 you can provide an eight week scholarship for a child with Intellectual Disability.
